The Vee Bar Guest Ranch specializes in small conferences and retreats, with space for up to 40 guests for day conferences and 25-30 guests for overnight retreats.

The great room in the main lodge is our primary meeting space. It provides a relaxed atmosphere with large picture windows with great views and a river rock fireplace. Our saloon can also be used for meetings; with smaller windows it can be dark enough for slide presentations.

A typical conference starts with a continental breakfast featuring a homemade bread or pastry. Lunch can be served family-style or buffet-style, depending on the size of the group. Water, coffee and sodas are available all day. If an overnight retreat, several options are available for dinner. Our chef is happy to offer suggestions for a buffet style dinner or guests may order from our restaurant menu. Many groups also choose to have a social hour before dinner.
